Rangers sign Jason Arnott

Jason Arnott, the unrestricted free agent center, and former Devil, was signed by the Rangers for one year and a cap hit of $1.6 or $1.7 million, according to Darren Dreger.

Arnott is 38 years old, 6-foot-5 and 220 pounds.
