I’m on it, Miami.
Also, just curious as to what some of you guys think about Tom Gulitti’s Fire & Ice tweets being in the widget—————>
I knew you’d like it.
:)
I dont know about Manny, but Kenny is here.
Do you just like walk into this viewing party or what?
Yea i assume there is security, but you can walk in i think
ilb, not sure if you watched Game 2 yet. Rangers lost. Hope I didn’t spoil it for you.
The I think part is what worries me Kenny
Dammit, Carp, was just going to start DVR….
Was away from the blog all day. Did I miss anything?
Haha yea it worries me too lol. Good thing i will be at the Rock.
Guys is it just that anyone even talking about the Devils makes me think they are a homer, or does Tom have some Chico in him? Just seems like our beat guys are so impartial, much like our TV guys bend over backwards to compliment the other team while the other team’s TV guys bend over backwards to kick the Rangers and pump up their own.
Carp,
I have to admit I really just love what you’ve done around here with the new twitter feeds. It adds so much hockey knowledge and makes the place so much more diverse getting a Devils reporter’s input. It’s really just brilliant. Thank you.
True Blue- you can try it either way you want, as you have, he ain’t removing him until this series is over :-)
Do they have HUGE screens there? And do we need fix? Thanks!
Hahaha. I know Ilb, but i’ve got to start entertaining myself over the nonsense somehow.
Anyone else a little upset that the game falls during the same time as the Champions League Final? Oh wait I forgot you guys dont like the Euro-pansies
Can it just be 1 o’clock tomorrow?
Never mind Tom Gulitti, Sean Avery just got carded by nycfiona and her first class nails.
What does that even mean? I was scared to click on the link
It bothers me, True Blue. I’m gonna have to tape the soccer match.
Peter, fyi, Tom covered the Rangers with me for years and years … and no, he’s not a Devils homer. He’s more impartial than I am …
True Blue, if you didn’t like it, why didn’t you say something?
by the way, to whomever was complaining about Katie Strang being in the widget … she’s covered every RANGERS game these playoffs, home and away, and probably just about RANGERS every home game all year even though she covers all three NY teams for ESPNNY.
She’s done a ton more Rangers stuff than the other two teams combined.
So, no, she’s not a Devils homer.
Had the pleasure of meeting Linda today, along with Jorek Noremry and BANJ.
Amazing people, especially Linda. Extremely beautiful people, honored to call them friends
I actually really enjoy Katie Strang’s posts. Her voice (i assume it’s her voice) during the Torts pressers is annoying though. Wyshynski on the other hand I have no idea what he’s doing in our feed. Doesnt seem like a very intelligent fellow either.
Lin!!!!!!
tiki, going to the viewing party Monday night?
No, Carp. Mama’s gotta work the next day early.
I predict 4-2 Rangers tomorrow. Cally scoring an empty netter. LGR
Hi Everyone:
For whomever is in Miami, there’s a viewing party at my place.
But please note that, because I live in South Florida, the game will be broadcast in Spanish.
I’m willing to translate.
Carpy,
They always told me I was a quiet kid who lacked confidence, but from here out If you’ll be my torts, i’m your Gaborik. If i’m a piece of dough, you’re my papa Drury. I’m ready to do this. I’m going to step up in the future, bud.
Promise ;-)
lol Papa Drury. Ill have an extra cheese with mushrooms.
JR – “the rangers should use their extermination to win game 3”
really? did he really say that?
That’s adysmal.
where is manny???? goign to have to move tiki to LW in the meantime … ducky-Latonya-Tiki …that is all!™ ...you are all amazing…just some more amazing than others!
You do have to have a ticket for the viewing party. While free and seats are general admission, I got 8 tickets on Friday and had to go through the same exact ticketmaster process as if I were buying a real ticket.
Can’t wait for the game to start. I was in Anchorage Monday thru Thursday and missed the games—hotel didn’t have NBCSC/VS. Go Rangers!
Well that and the 4 hour time difference made the start time at 4 PM…
I often use “extermination” and it’s various derivatives to describe what’s coming in game three … as in, “The Rangers are going to get exterminated by the Devils.”
my heart is already pounding out of my chest….feels like game 7 to me for some reason.
I can’t believe the Kings are a win away from the finals.
For all intensive purposes, I think the ice will be less adismal tomorrow at the Rock….
Katie Strang has been great these playoffs, and she’s a hottie she needs to stay. As for Future Ranger Parise I can’t see it happening mostly because of the cap, and more importantly the summer cap where we still have to account for Redden. I reckon Devils or Canes will be his choice, and I think Kreider is going to show that we don’t need FRP too.
Just watched Katie’s preview of game 3 with Burnside. You certainly won’t find me complaining about Katie. Sorry to have been of base about Tom, Carp. At this time of year, well, I don’t get paranoid but I just don’t understand why everyone is out to get the Rangers.
