With Ottawa’s loss today, if Washington wins tonight and Florida gets a point tonight, it’s Rangers-Ottawa in the first round. If the Rangers win tonight, it’s Rangers-Caps. If Washington wins and Florida gets zero points, it’s Rangers-Panthers. Anybody agree with that?
