I know Boston has played it pretty coy coming up to the playoffs, even with season ending losing streaks and turning their ship around last year after game 2 of round 1. HOWEVER, tonight they really looked bad.
Depending on how you look at it, and from my vantage point, ‘super back up goalie’ Marty Turco looked great in giving up 3 in first 5 minutes! Go Marty!! Kind of him to play so poorly as to make TT come in off the bench on his ‘day of rest’ to have to come in for a stretch. Then really nice of him to give SS his 50th, too.
They have some key injuries. The regulars are going to have to carry them till their healthy. I dunno. Ya can’t count them out..but they sure don’t look good to me!
