Tampa deserved to win. The Rangers were horrible (looked tired) for 40 minutes.
Dubi should’ve played that much better in OT on that goal, but the Rangers didn’t deserve to win anyway. Justice was served. They’ll be back at it on Sunday, not worried.

I’m happy, they got a point. There isn’t that many teams in the league who gets something out of nothing like the rangers this year and if they apply this to the playoffs they will make noise. Especially if lundqvist is on his game, look out, of course, like I’ve stated before, they need to stay healthy.

Our guys ARE tired; it was exposed on PK when they let it in. All 4 were uncharacteristically slow, barely moving feet and were late to cover shooting line. Goal against was a result. Getting timely back was a problem too. It’s a little bit disturbing, considering that it is only a beginning of very tough schedule and series of games. Add fuzzy situation with our key injuries and it looks gloomy for concerned Rangerland citizens.
Or, for sure, Jimbo. Surprise it hasn’t happened more til now. But that’s why you create that healthy cushion. And Staal says there is no satisfaction in this point. They are staying thirsty, it looks.

Sather made a weird cryptic remark about it and Brooks has said it’s possible. I tend to believe mid way next season is the earliest we’d see him. Anybody here believe in this season? Just curious. With the Nash talk gone and Avery forgotten, there has to be something to geek out over, right?

He actually played 3 good periods, but that’s irrelevant. My point is, it’s about what he does from NOW that matters. If he plays like a 10 , 25 or 30 goal scorer from here on out that’s what matters, and that’s what he is.
