OK, NYR – thank you! I also have internet access through TWC, so that’s why I asked you about your method for getting the game.
It really sucks that we’re being held hostage by these 2 cable giants – I have not contacted DirecTV yet, simply because I figured that the 2 “big boys” would settle their peeing contest within a few days – now I’m not so sure…..
Someone commented on this in an earlier thread, but Tappen is married to a debbie’s player, Jay Leach – makes her less desirable, in my eyes…

So on the rangers broadcast/watching their games etc…We had direct tv forever, but then the optimum triple play came out and was a big savings for us and they had centre ice, so we switched to them
BIG mistake, apparently centre ice is not quite all the same and we had to watch the first two games on the computer, needless to say we are now back with direct tv and have not missed a single game since (dvr’d or live) plus we got HBO for free until the end of JAN (oddly convenient if you know what I mean)...Saving some money isn’t quite THAT important!

Wick, I had DirecTV for many. many years here – since way back in the day when you had to buy your own equipment, and install your own dish, but I gave it up about a year ago, when I was having trouble getting all the NHL Center Ice games on my box. It was a technical issue for me.
Excuse the duckbill for a momentary thought, but if the mickey dolenz own the cablevision and you guys like the rangers..wouldn’t you get the Dolenz’ cablevision? or at least the optimus prime online?

Latona, MickeyM and I got together last week while she was on an Amtrak layover between Albany and Washington DC – she only had an hour and change to spend, so we couldn’t make it down to Katz’s, but I did get her a corned beef on rye – I offered her pastrami, but I don’t think she could stand the excitement, so she took the corned beef instead! ;-)
