FIRE SATHER!
Go Boston!
Go Tampa!
Go San Jose!
Go Nashville!
Another predictions contest starts in the morning post.
til then …
Good night, Sally!
Carped again!!! He always gets me!
Mama, I have no relatives (that I know of!) in Boston, and unlike how things were in the early 70’s, the Bruins have not been a major tormentor of the Rangers for years.
The Habs, however, are eternal torturers of Ranger teams, even when they have a whole team full of smurfs, like now. And their fans are schmucks, too….
G’night, Carp – thank for the playoff skeds.
And Montreal beat the Rangers in the 1979 Cup Finals.
Byfuglien Montreal.
And not only in ‘79, Olga – they’ve victimized us for years.
Carp = Monster
niters !
ach….late nite wicky
Jimbo, agreed…but my beloved cousin can be such an asshat :)
Thanks Mama. I feel a lot better. It’s just a game. These are just sports. In the end, does any of it really matter? Not much. What we do for others and how we impact others’ lives is what matters in this life.
carp
just sent the final beard pic, the WINNING pic I’m sure!!!
bag lady with a laurel=priceless!!
night assens!!
Olga
Those were my picks also. I wouldn’t mind seeing the Bolts come thru…take it all, so to speak. ( Like a Bolt from the blue eh?) I know, I know, that’s pretty lame, but it’s that time of the year when the silly season hits me, and I still have hope for the Mets.
What really warmed me heart was the Habs going boom. Let those supercilious creatures they call fans, do a bit of groaning for a change.I tell you though, we’ve been treated to some first class hockey all thru this season of cup chasing.
I’m still marveling at the Canucks Hawks series..they were almost superhuman.
