We here are all excited again about just barely making the playoffs, and IF we win a round in the playoffs it will be as far as we have gotten since Sather took over 11 years ago. We have become complacent with mediocrity.

I highly suspect Sather is involved now in personnel decisions like he once was as far as drafting and recalls from Hartford. His job is too make trades when the club needs them and he’s made good ones…He trusts Torts and Gordie Clark. That is good enough for me right now…

I just cannot understand how someone, anyone with Sather’s record in NY keeps his job. I’ve been a Rangers fan since about 1974 and this is the worst stretch by far that I have seen. I am not content. It’s the worst it has ever been, for me personally…
