So it looks as if Marc Staal and Ruslan Fedotenko will both be in the lineup tonight. That likely means a prucha for Steve Eminger.
And Kris Newbury was sent to the Whale.
PS, happy 43rd Mr. Brian Leetch!
Here’s the announcement on Newbury, from the Rangers:
NEW YORK RANGERS TRANSACTION UPDATE
New York, March 3, 2011 – New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that forward Kris Newbury has been assigned to the Connecticut Whale of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Newbury, 28, has skated in three of the last four contests following his recall from Connecticut on February 20, and has registered one assist and 35 penalty minutes in 11 games with the Rangers this season. He made his Blueshirts debut at Montreal on January 15, and recorded his first point as a Ranger with the primary assist on the game-tying goal in a 3-2 shootout win at Atlanta on January 22. Newbury returns to Connecticut, where he has recorded nine goals and 33 assists for 42 points, along with 105 penalty minutes in 51 games this season. He led the team and was tied for eighth in the AHL in assists, and ranked second on the Whale in points and fourth in penalty minutes at the time of his recall. Newbury has registered a team-high, 11 multi-point performances this season, including two separate streaks of three games with multiple points – November 13 vs. Springfield to November 19 at Springfield (six assists), and December 3 at Providence to December 11 vs. Manchester (one goal, six assists). The 5-11, 213-pounder established a career-high with an eight-game assist streak from November 28 vs. Adirondack to December 17 vs. Worcester, recording three goals and 12 assists over the span.
The Brampton, Ontario native was originally San Jose’s fifth round pick, 139th overall, in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He was acquired by the Rangers from Detroit in exchange for forward Jordan Owens on March 3, 2010.

Hey Rangers fans
do you remember not too long ago we missed playoffs for 8 straight seasons! That was the norm back then…remember?
And then Jagr came and we made it in 3 straight times and then he left and the first season he left we barely made it in and then we didn’t make it in at all and now we are a low seed fighting for last two spots with 3 teams right behind us with a very real possibility of not making it in again!
well… i guess – Let’s Go Rangers, eh!
i hope Tenko isnt rushing back again
looks like im the winner!
C3P = #1
CCCP March 3rd, 2011 at 1:22 pm
Exactly.
Meh
I echo Tony! C3P is #1 and the hat trick to boot!
that’s right
i am the best of the best of the best! I am triple best!
Fedotenko is the lynch pin of this team. Just like the Death Star in Star Wars.
CCCP – Mr. Brodeaur is all about reminding Ranger fans of that dark time. Thus, I remember.
LGR.
Glad Stall is back, Hope he isn’t rushing back, CAN’T afford him out for any length of time…....We need 2 tonight !!!!
Good Afternoon ENZO.
remember how we all ( myself included) wanted garnet exelby? Well, I was at the Aeros and IceHogs game here in Houston last night and Exelby looked horrible in the AHL. Slow, and got his butt handed to him in two fights…really bad. Oh and his team lost 8-1.
Re: Gillies – Should be suspended for the remainder of the season – There’s no need for cheap shot crap like that. Maybe w/o him though the attendance will decrease from 7500 per game to 4000. Poor Icelanders
the Fedo-Boyle -Prust line was a key to the forechecking game they played. it has suffered since injury broke that up
Guys like Gillies need to get “Fedoruk’d”
Fedork was doing the same thing when he escaped the West, and Booger, and he was a cheap shot artist until Orr set his ass straight and put him on a fuggin stretcher.
Same needs to happen to Gillies. And I’d love to see it happen.
I wasn’t interested in Exelby.
We will win tonight!
We will make the playoffs as a 6th seed!
You heard it here first!
We are as close to 10th as we are to 6th.
In fact, probably closer to 10th since both Montreal and Toronto have a game in hand.
I was never interested in Exelby either.
true
but we have 33 wins
that is 5 more than Toronto and 3 more than Car. and Buf. thought Buffalo has 3 games on us
Rangers are +21 in goal differential as a team (4th best in the Least) so defense isn’t the problem… we just need to get Gaborik back and have him start putting in more and get WoWo going as well.
I can’t believe people still spell Stahl’s name as “Stall”. How many years have the Stahl brothers been in the League? :P
Good news for Staal and Fedotenko.
MDZ, broken finger, out 4-6 weeks
Unfortunately I wanted Exelby sorry to say, but Thank God we didn’t get him Enzo.
Happy Birthday, Brian Leetch! Wish you were still playing! Many healthy and happy to you!
next time my car Staals, I will put the horse back in its stahl
Enzo? isn’t it Edzo?
You’re right with that one CCCP, Enzo just sounds better…..lol
thank g-d staal and feds are back. i cannot understand how this assortment of players cannot get 3 goals a night!!!!!!!!3 goals is the key…
missed staal a ton….look at that d, man brings a smile to my face…5 young good players and more in the minors…
they need to bang and pressure minny’s defense all night long.
dubi can you cash in one of your nightly 3 or 4 good chances please….........
How many Stahl’s can you fit in a bathroom stall?
Who does McCabe pair with now that Staal is back?
Haha! Good question!!
Does anyone crack up when they see McCabe trying to skate?
I laugh every time. He makes Malik look like Johnny Weird.
My guess is: McCabe with McDonagh (not because of the name similarity but because MdMonster can skate and McCabe cannot) and Sauer with Gilroy by default.
ORR!! I am telling you – McCabe is that little Fat Guy from the classic Nintendo 8-Bit game “Ice Hockey.”
me and my goddesses are about to start pre gaming, but before i do, I challenege you Tortalini to roll four lines tonight and keep everyone the same. Being my devine tiger blood self, I know a thing or too about rehab, and you sir are a line changing junkie!!!!
PS CCCP? In the USA its enZo!!!
LOL, Manny! Like McCabe, the fat guy was so slow but he had the hardest shot!
Now, now. McCabe doesn’t hit anywhere nearly as hard as the fat guy.
Nice photo of (from left to right) Callahan, Anisimov, and McCabe.
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_mzqoOqGWgAA/RdoLzHBh15I/AAAAAAAAACU/DExywILySxE/s400/ice+hockey+team.jpg
Nice post there Charlie…....he will be going to rehab tonight Enzo.
Move McCabe down with Gilly and use them on PP. Do not use McCabe on a regular D turn – he is a liability in the zone and DO NOT use him on the PK. Cheese and Rice.
LOL! Doodie and Manny, great game.
But, best hockey video game ever has to NHL ‘94 for Genesis…I still play it to this day with friends!
It’s an apt comparison – He is the guy on the far right: http://tinyurl.com/4t7m32l
Oh man – Doodie beat me to it! Nice find Doodie. Twice today you have spoiled my plans. I bow in humble reverance.
has to be*
Tortalini keeping the same lines together is like me walking away form a chicken parm hero, its not happening Enzo.
And yes – NHL 94 for Sega Genesis is literally THE BET game ever.
I had this argument last night.
Kid: Mortal Kombat, on Sega Genesis, is the best video game ever.
Billy Madison: I disagree, it’s a very good game, but I think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.
Kid: Donkey Kong sucks.
Billy Madison: You know something? YOU SUCK!
I don’t wish Brian Leetch were still playing – not a 43 years of age, now that Redden and Rozy and Backman and Kalinin and Mara and Strudwick are gone. Can you believe Redden and Rozy and Drury – well almost, are gone! Talk about addition through subtraction, this has been a banner year.
When Prospal and Gaborik are gone I won’t have a complaint in the world.
Manfried, regarding your touche to Doodie.. how did you mean?
http://www.google.com/search?q=define%3A+reverance&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
OFF TOPIC:
http://deadspin.com/#!5775059/hockey-enforcer-bob-probert-suffered-degenerative-brain-disease
I am almost finished with the Probert autobiography. Decent book. Not great. Got a little redundant, so after my vacation I put it down. Now Probert was an addict, and an unrepentant one. Every chapter started in rehab and ended in relapse. So I am sure his brain suffered a lot more than just blows to the head from punches. But this makes you wonder. . .
actually that should have been “touché”
LOL!
Well Heave – earlier today Doodie broke up my Hat Trick. Today he posted a picture of the ice hockey guy that looks like Brian McCabe before I could. He has bested me multiple times today.
Manfried, check the link in my post to grasp my meaning
Wow- Heave you are too on point. Right over my head. Very hilarious stuff.
I guess I meant the latter of the two (To bow or courtsey) however the former (A combination done at the end of the ballet class) seems like more fun.
Man, STOP! Now I’ve got a disturbing picture in my head of a topless hairy man in a tutu…
Billy Madison – The best movie ever! :)
“Shampoo is better I go on first and clean the hair. Conditioner is better. I leave the hair silky and smooth. Oh really fool? Oh really.”
Heave – I am desperately looking for a picture of that online. Maybe you can just picture Mr. McCabe in a tutu and no shirt? That work?
NYR, maybe we should institute a fine for anybody who misspells Staal … like 25 cents per. Money could go to some Human Fund or something. Or to me. I’m sure Tony will back me on that.
Enzo, he’s my barber.
Best movie ever = Beavis and Butthead Do America.
the best way to see the actual standing is games played and points. the Rangers are +5, so are Canes, and also Buff. Tor is +1, Atl -1, and NJ is -3
7. NY Rangers6570
8.Carolina6469
9.Buffalo6267
10.Toronto6465
11.Atlanta6463
12.New Jersey6360
iow, Rangers are dead even with Carolina and Buffalo. 3 teams for 2 spots.
Enzo…...Nice one Carp…....Lol
Best movie line—— It puts the lotion in the basket
They need to put SHO wins in the standings, because those won’t count in the first tiebreaker—regulation/OT wins.
*SHO meaning skills competition, of course.
what about head to head games? is that the second tiebreaker?
$1.50 per post + .25 per misspelling – Wow Carp, you’re gonna do alright !
The way I spell you should be able to retire from me alone !
refresh, refresh, refresh !!!
it’ll never get to a second tiebreaker.
We can put that .25 cents into a “swear jar” sort of thing and have a party eventually!
There’s so many slllluts (slots) in vegas, you wont even know where to begin!
Whoa!
“Of course I peed my pants! Everyone my age pees their pants; it’s the coolest!”
True Blue: I totally agree with you. It?s why the organization has 4 gaping holes (number 1 center, power winger with skill, offensive d-man capable of top 4 play and bruising d-man capble of top 4 play).
The biggest reason none of the guys you mention lack the top end skill of that nature is because of where the Rangers have drafted (not saying that?s THE only reason). Imagine if instead of chasing Dreary and Gomez the summer of 07, Sather, using a combination of insight and courage (I know, I?m asking for the moon here) had opted to trade away the likes of JJ and his posse in the late winter of that same year and let the team bottom out.
Let?s see: First pick overall in 2007 was Pat Kane. First pick overall in 2008 was Steve Stamkos.
Now imagine this club with those 2 forwards!!
IMO, the only true blue chipper on this club is Marc Staal (I?m convinced he?ll be a Norris trophy candidate in the next few years). 1 level below is the King (who a couple of years was a true blue chipper, but I?m growing a tad impatient with the number of bad goals/games he keeps suffering from).
Perhaps (PERHAPS) Stepan or MDZ can become stars, but the jury is out (especially on the latter).
Things are tough in NY when it comes to blue chippers, due in large part to never bottoming out, not to mention questionable drafting in the early part of the 2000s. I could accept that if the team had something to show for it, but really it doesn?t. A few POs finishes (with relatively quick exits) doesn?t cut it for me.
If peeing your pants is cool, then call me Miles Davis!
some west team are in trouble then. 2 teams inside the top 8 right now, Calgary and LA each have 7 SO wins, thus Calgary has only 26 non-SO wins, and LA 28. that puts them behind a couple teams who are just behind them in pts. iow, if they finish in a tie with a team like Anahem. Ana will get the nod as they have 30 non-SO wins
Need to put this game away early tonight and leave no doubt. Enough of these BS losses at MSG.
Rangers have 26 non-SO wins right now. Canes have 26, and Buff have 25
LMAO Noah!
I just love that movie!
Lunch Lady: Have some more Sloppy Joes. I made ‘em EXTRA sloppy for youse! Ha ha ha! I know youse kids like ‘em sloppy!
[the lunch lady laughs evilly.]
Billy Madison: Lady, you’re scarin’ us!
RRRRRRRRR you going to the mall later?
(Sorry…also love that movie and have seen it way too many times)
...
That was the equivalent of a hat trick culminating with an EN goal. How cheap of me.
Need this game, too, because Buffalo’s at Carolina, so somebody’s going to get two points (and one of them might get one Bettman Bonus Point). And Toronto is at Philly, which should be a Leaves loss.
Carp…you going tonight ? (I’m actually taking the Mrs.)
Fellow Boneheads… time for our team to make the push for the post season…and beyond.
The Eastern Conference will be anyone’s for the taking just like last year. No real top teams.
If the playoffs started to day we would get Boston.
Welcome back Staal and Feds…come on Gabby, come back soon.
Win our games & don’t worry about the other teams.
That’s all I got !
Best Movie line ever:
“Don’t just stand there….! Get some glue!!!”
if anyone can guess that one, i’ll give ya a quarter.
Carp, I like that idea!
LMAO at Orr!
Caddyshack ?
And This One, no, I’m at hoops all week. Have fun.
carp- just sent u an email. sorry it took so long. my interent modem or router is screwed up
Goonies?
interent?
Tony from AZ you are da winner!
i owe you .25
Caddy Shack
Tony, give the quarter to Carp. He’s collecting them.
Refresh, refresh, refresh.
Give my .25 to Carp.
I’m going to misspell Stahl
sorry…did refresh the page before posting!
Tony
you buying dinner!
“50 bucks says the Smales’ kid picks his nose”
didn’t*
FWIW, I was interested in exelby when he was here on a tryout for the sake of not costing anything (similar to getting a guy in free agency as opposed to trading for him) to fill a huge hole on our roster that has not been filled yet, but he didn’t deserve a spot so he is gone, good riddance!!
Why hello Carl, so nice to see you!!!
you got C3P – Vodka’s all around !
Al Czervik: Oh, this is the worst-looking hat I ever saw. What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh?
[looks at Judge Smails, who’s wearing the same hat]
Al Czervik: Oh, it looks good on you though.
“Don’t sell yourself short Judge, you’re a tremendous slouch.”
Caddy Shack – great movie
“wanna make 14 dollars the hard way? ”
$20 bucks says he eats it!
“CADDY DAY!
CADDIES WELCOME FROM 1:00-1:15PM”
bawhahaha
Al Czervik: Oh, this your wife, huh? A lovely lady. Hey baby, you must’ve been something before electricity.
Carl “where are you down on, what is it on bryer? ehhhh, you got a pool?
Tye Webb, “i have a pool…and a pond. Pond will be good for you”
“you know you can grin,
when your ship comes in,
and you’ve got the stock market beat.
but the man worth-while,
is the man who can smile,
when his shorts are too tight in the seat!
Ok pookie, ok…”
:D
I’ll slack you off, you fuzzy little foreigner!
A flute without holes, is not a flute. A donut without a hole, is a Danish.
DOODIE !!
Looks good on you, though.
Do you stand for goodness, or for badness?
“So we finish 18 and he’s gonna stiff me. And I say, ‘Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.’ And he says, ‘Oh, uh, there won’t be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.’ So I got that goin’ for me, which is nice.”
“She’s been plucked more times than the Rose of Tralee.”
“Do you stand for goodness, or for badness?”
haha, that could best the best of ‘em.
Caddyshack is obviously one of the funniest movies of all time. It can’t go without saying. I recently saw the Biography show about the making of the movie. I recommend watching it highly. One thing I couldn’t believe was, I think they said the original cut was 3.5 hours long!!! I wish I could see that version!!! Imagine some of the craziness that didn’t make it onto the silver screen!!!
Do you take drugs, Danny?
Every day.
Good.
i think i saw some outtakes from that.
Bill Murray at his finest. he improved most of his lines.
famous player quotes:
who said?
“It’s going to be an interesting situation; certainly I’ll sit back and watch. New York is a tough place to play. Markus Naslund is going to have a tough time, so is Wade Redden. New York fans aren’t going to put up with those guys. I don’t think that they’re going to live up to the expectations. I’ve gone to a better team.”
You do drugs Danny?
Tenko!!!!!! Dang, wish I’d been here earlier for the quarter prize. Best love song ever: “I was born to love you, I was born to lick your face…..”
On that note, I gotta run! LGR!!!!!!! Hey Wilds, you’ll get nothing and like it!
Ah! Billy. I was slow on the refresh there.
This is really not my day around here.
I had to look this one up to make sure I got it right :-)
Carl Spackler (aka Bill Murray): This is a hybrid. This is a cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.
Sounds like the kind of course that Charlie Sheen would love play!
First, that was Avery!!!
FIRST,
I believe that was Mr. Avery?
It’s easy to grin, when your ship comes in….
LETS GO RANGERS
Anybody know who said this classic quote?
“You should just f&*%$g smiiiiile, and blooooow meeeeee”
“Whoa! You must have been somethin’ before electricity!”
Mel Gibson!!!
Making of Caddyshack show was classic as was the one they did of Animal house.
“it’s a real peach, Hun”
Avery better score tonite – he is due. He leads 4th line wingers in assists ;-)
Mama – watch your tongue before I have to wash out your mouth with soap! ;)
By the way guys, I accept full responsibility for the Rangers losing recently. Ive not been doing the correct superstitions…mainly because I havent been myself recently (Ive been AJ Burnett, Yankees fans will get that :) )
I fully intend to give start giving my full effort towards the Rangers and NY from now until the end of 2011 World Series Game 4 in which the Yankees win their 28th World Title. :)
Gungalunglinga
Avery plays on the 4th line???
Bill Murray is the best. Rodney Dangerfield was a close-second in that movie. “But it looks good on you!” Good call Carp, that’s one of the funniest parts of the movie. Rodney was outta control in that movie. “You scratched my anchor!” Hilarious!
Ahhhh…nothing like some good comedy to take my mind off of the desperate situation the Blueshirts are in…
Avery is the most underutilized forward in the NHL. It’s a shame that he doesn’t get the respect that he’s due from his own coach.
Who’s ready to stink-up the joint?
Wild 5 – 1 NYR
A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. So, I tell them I’m a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald… striking. So, I’m on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one – big hitter, the Lama – long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga… gunga, gunga-lagunga. So we finish the eighteenth and he’s gonna stiff me. And I say, “Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.” And he says, “Oh, uh, there won’t be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.” So I got that goin’ for me, which is nice.
NYR_FAN.
Bingo! No one could say he was wrong about his assessment of the players he mentioned. hmmmm
If Avery played more, they would win!
wasn’t he correct about valley and someone else that I can’t remember?
Elihu, will you come loofah my stretch marks?
dr. Avery, team psychiatrist
You got it, NYR. You win a wired Russian girl!
Miami – u think rangers will score that many?
Im tellin’ you, I have it very good sources that if Sean Avery played on the Bruins in place of Milan Lucic, he’d be a 30+ goal scorer too.
Sweet! er…I guess :)
It’ll be 5-0 and then we’ll score a consolation with under 5 to go … Avery
It will be sweet. Just don’t say any controversial things around her, and get a vasectomy.
n1 Manfried…”So I got that goin’ for me, which is nice.” Hilarious.
I’m pretty convinced that Miami Pimp is a Devils fan trolling around here for kicks. Go away!
Carp, don’t give Fithy tonight’s game so quickly. They may be loaded for bear but they (sometimes) have a tendency to stay up too late the night before a game against ‘lowly’ opponents. One added reason I have my doubts about them going back to the finals.
LOL! You mean, don’t go on a rant over the phone in case she tapes it and tries to frame me?
Yeah right, I’m at Devils fan … don’t ever make that amateur-hour accusation again.
I bleed this team.
This losing streak feels like it’s been a lot more than two games for some reason.
Let’s get this one tonight boys!
Do you guys hear that?!
(drip, drip, drip)
Sounds like the Rangers.
It feels like more than 2 games because we’ve lost like 9 out of 11 or some nonsense like that.
My favorite movie is spinal tap “you can’t dust for vomit” and the ingenious lyric “how could I leave this behind?”
Spinal Tap is an ALL TIME classic. Just last night I was watching “Almost Famous” for the umpteenth time with my Fiance and I said to her, “you have got to see Spinal Tap when they are trying to find the stage and they are completely lost.” That scene is classic. The whole movie is classic.
“I’d love to sink her with my pink torpedoooooh!”
No doubt, mafried… Sheer genius
how about this one:
“He was wearing my Harvard tie. Can you believe it? My Harvard tie. Like oh, sure he went to Harvard.”
... Wearing my flesh tuxedo…
LOL! Great one, C3! Trading Places!!
“Merry New Year!”
I love that when they play “Big Bottom” every member of the band is playing a bass. No guitars. Just bass.
18”
TRADING PLACES!? WOW. Now THAT is a movie reference.
Tortarella should borrow from that movie for his pregame speech tonight:
Louis Winthorpe III: Think big, think positive, never show any sign of weakness. Always go for the throat. Buy low, sell high. Fear? That’s the other guy’s problem. Nothing you have ever experienced will prepare you for the absolute carnage you are about to witness. Super Bowl, World Series – they don’t know what pressure is. In this building, it’s either kill or be killed. You make no friends [on the ice] and you take no prisoners. One minute you’re up … and the next, boom, your kids don’t go to college and they’ve repossessed your Bentley. Are you with me?
Yeah. Have to be careful with that, NYR.
I love that Mel Gibson has been calling Charlie Sheen. He’s probably excited that someone nearly as famous and rich as him is at rock bottom like he is, so now he can have friends like himself. Bwaha!
hahaha, “amateur-hour accusation”
Miami Pimp, not for nothing, you are so consistently bent against the Rangers, you must really be self-loathing…or a Devils fan troll. Now that the latter has been eliminated, I know what’s what. Hey, why don’t you try cheering up a little? Rangers aren’t totally destroyed yet. Stop being so negative! Or not, you know…the world goes ‘round…
the reason why Gibson has been calling Sheen is because Sheen, allegedly, was sending some anti-Semitic text msgs to his manager. I bet Gibson called him up to give Sheen some pointers on how to be a proper Jew hater. Fuggin spoiled d-nuzzles!
I am with you, Manfried!
quick question for the android users
can you use flash player on android phones? Freaking Apple does not allow flash player use!
rangers will crush da wild tonight! bring it!
i’m looking forward to getting another look at that PP again. would love to see boyle stand in front of the net. he can perform pirohette’s to avoid the mccabe bombs. bammmm!
that’s because FLASH drains the battery and Jobs is not stupid enough to put it in
lol BILLY,
I’m just making fun all the time … i’m very sarcastic. Don’t take my “negative” very seriously.
Like I said, Rangers will get destroyed 5-1 tonight. A loss of epic proportions … Mickey-Mouse-style
How about this change to a line from caddyshack: Instead of “hey Wang, what are you taking a picture of…its a parking lot” to “hey Wang, what are you taking a picture of, there is no lighthouse there.”
Miami Pimp March 3rd, 2011 at 5:00 pm
“Do you guys hear that?!
(drip, drip, drip)
Sounds like the Rangers.”...
No, Miami, it sounds like you’re peeing in your pants! Don’t be so scared, buddy – Rangers will win today!...maybe.
yeah but everything drains battery! I am not very happy with battery life on iPhone at all!
I expect a win tonight. If they can’t beat the Wild at home in an important game they don’t deserve a playoff spot.
Of course if we get incompetent refs again tonight, all bets are off.
hey Doodie
been working all afternoon and need to get something done
before the game
so i can fully concentrate on yelling at the tv screen
(hopefully more cheering than griping)
anyway
i wasn’t mentioning the announcers saying it was a hit from behind
but the NHL On the Fly guy (don’t know his name)
and in that link i provided i believe that jones felt it was from behind
and milbury was iffy…...as if he was being held back from his “pansification” line.
”
bududumdum bum bum bummmm dudadun dun dun. Liscenced to kill gophers, by the government of the united nations. A man free to kill gophers at will. to kill, you must know your enemy and in this case, my enemy, is a varmint and a varmint will never quit. Ever. They’re like the vietcong. The varmint kong. so what you gotta do, you gotta fall back on superior firepower and superior intelligence. And that’s all she wrote.
”
Rangers organization doesn’t have to worry what to do with Delzotto for the next 4-6 weeks. Apparently Delzotto broke his finger in yesterdays whale game.
http://www.newsday.com/sports/hockey/rangers/blue-notes-1.811976/del-zotto-has-broken-finger-out-4-6-weeks-1.2727963
Should have never sent Del Z down to begin with.
By the way, if it hasn’t been mentioned already, it was a Step-On shot that destroyed Beer-On’s collarbone.
LGR!!
We’ll win tonight 4-2 (empty netter)
welcome to “open” Android: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2381390,00.asp
Miami, I’m glad that’s cleared up! I was starting to worry. I apologize for using such strong words earlier (devils fan). Man, I thought that I was sarcastic…ha! what’s this open android stuff…
I’ll take any win tonight. I should be around to chat it up for the game…
“Listen…do you smell something?”
and
“I’ve quit better jobs than this!”
Whoever was betting on the result of today’s Philthy game, should know that Phila likely will be without three players for game against the Toronto – forwards Jeff Carter, Daniel Carcillo and Darroll Powe, due to a flu.
new post.
manfried – “i met her on monday, it was my lucky bunday…you know what i mean?”
