While I firmly believe that Hank could lead this team, Dubi would not be a bad choice. I still think he has a lot to learn about being a leader and being a team player in this league. There is no one I am really respecting as a man on this team right now. Hank is as close as it gets, but even he isn't feeling True Blue these days. I think its because he's a goalie (and not Richter).
