Happy Cinco de Mayo! (updated)

And, for those who might ask, no the holiday is not named after Gladys Mayo.

Borrowing this from my friend, Philly columnist Rich Hoffman’s story on Chris Pronger on Sunday.

It is the list of all-time playoff scoring defensemen, in terms of points per playoff game:

(minimum of 90 points)
Bobby Orr. . . 1.24
Brian Leetch. . . 1.02
Paul Coffey. . . 1.01
Al MacInnis. . . 0.90
Denis Potvin. . . 0.87
Ray Bourque. . . 0.84
Brad Park. . . 0.78
Chris Pronger. . . 0.71
Sergei Zubov. . . 0.71
Larry Murphy. . . 0.71
Nicklas Lidstrom. . . 0.70

Kind of tells you all you need to know about No. 2.

AFTERNOON UPDATE, 3:31 P.M.: Just got this update from USA Hockey:

Jack Johnson Named Captain of U.S. Men’s National Team
Nick Foligno, Matt Greene, Eric Nystrom, Kyle Okposo Named Alternate Captains

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Jack Johnson (Ann Arbor, Mich./Los Angeles Kings/Univ. of Michigan) was today named captain of the 2010 U.S. Men’s National Team that will play in the upcoming International Ice Hockey Federation World Men’s Championship, May 7-23, in Cologne, Gelsenkirchen and Mannheim, Germany.

Johnson has represented the United States seven previous times, most recently at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. He was also a member of Team USA at two IIHF World Men’s Championships (2007, 2009), two IIHF World Junior Championships (2006, 2007) and two IIHF World Men’s U18 Championships (2004, 2005).

In addition, four alternate captains were named, including Nick Foligno (Buffalo, N.Y./Ottawa Senators), Matt Greene (Grand Ledge, Mich./Los Angeles Kings/Univ. of North Dakota), Eric Nystrom (Syosset, N.Y./Calgary Flames/Univ. of Michigan) and Kyle Okposo (St. Paul, Minn./New York Islanders/Univ. of Minnesota).

Team USA begins play in the 2010 IIHF World Men’s Championship Friday (May 7) against host Germany at VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The game is a sellout and, at 76,152 fans, will set the world hockey attendance record.

  1. 1:41 AM is the time I would have to get back to Penn Station for the last train home, or, I will be spending the night with Bonehead, LOL.

  2. “I will be spending the night with Bonehead”

Jay Buhner lives in NYC now?

  3. Oh and good morning all! Really surprised that SJ is up 3-zip, thought Detroit would have won last night.

  4. Good morning, Sally!

I agree, Cross Check. Not as good as they used to be. But not bad. Especially compared to what we watched here all year. Or the year before. Or the year before that. Or …

  5. PJ play very long sets, with multiple encores. So, the show will most likely end between 11-12 sometime. Who knows? It will be their last show in the states for this tour, and they usually go all out for MSG, though I don’t expect it to go as long as the show I saw at the Spectrum on Halloween, which is their longest show to date, clocking in at a little over 3 and a half hours.

  6. CTBlueshirt on

That’s a full night but it is the weekend. Who knows, there might be a hat exchange going on at W77, you wouldn’t want to miss out on that would you?

  7. CTBlueshirt on

Shea Weber has a pretty hard shot. Came in 2nd to Chara the last skills competition. The Preds already have Suter and they can resign Hamhuis. I’d trade a package built on Dubi or Cally and one of the blueline prospects for Weber.

Who knows, maybe by playing in the LEastern conference he’d have a shot to make it to uncharted territory, the 2nd round.

  8. CT, have you picked up on my Shea Weber crush? If Nashville does not trade him, his contract is up at the end of the season if I remember correctly.

  9. True Fans Bleed RW&B on

    Nice list.

It’s now clear to me why we traded that weak-defensman named “zubov,” only listed at 9th best all-time. What a loser.

  10. CTBlueshirt on

I’ve had a Weber crush for a while. He’s a big part of the reason why the Preds can get by with little to no offense in the Bestern Conference. Just think about how many of the Western teams have a stud or highly proficient D on their blueline compared to the East.

  11. Tony, a perfect, clear, blue, sunny skied 72 here in the metropolitan NYC area today. Jealous?

    How’s the wheel?

  12. As always CT, you are correct!
and Tony, i should have said ‘cooler’ instead of ‘less’, by the way, how’s your knee and pt going?

  13. From what I hear, parking near Warren flat out sucks. I have only been there by taking a cab after a game. One time, a drunk guy outside thought I was Del Zotto which I thought was HILARIOUS, because I look nothing like him. My brother was begging me to go sign a fake autograph, but I didn’t do it.

  14. I’ve said it before, and so have many of you, and I’ll say it again: Rangers should never have parted ways with Zubov.

  15. no pics of me Tony! they havent developed an IMAX lens for digital or 35mm cameras yet. :-)

  16. Chris, I still say if Robitaille had done what he did before he was a Ranger, and after he was a Ranger, while he was in NY, that trade wouldn’t have been so bad. Ulf was good in his time here, probably the second-best partner Leetch ever had. And Zubov was a horror defensively.

  17. Seems to be a pattern in NY. Guys play great before they get here, play like Carcillo while here & play great again after they leave. Maybe it’s us – LOL

  18. bull dog line on

I don’t think you even believe what you just said.
Zubov was traded for one reason, and one reason only, Campbell did not like him.

  19. Morning, all!

I don’t think we need any numbers to say anything more about Brian, but I was surprised to see he was above Coffey.

    Tony, wait til August :)

I parked right accross W77 last time without any issues.

  20. Phx Suns making a political statement by wearing jerseys that say “Los Suns”- that’s so wrong. Sports does not belong in politics

  21. bull dog. That was one reason, maybe the main reason, but not the only reason. They had just gotten muscled out of the playoffs by Philly, and he and Nedved were soft as melted butter, if not scared to death, and he was getting worse defensively, not better. I’m not saying it turned out well. It didn’t. But I’m saying, if Robitaille had come in and scored his usual 40 per, it wouldn’t look so bad now.

And to this day, I don’t blame Campbell for holding a grudge against what Zubov and Kovalev did to him in his first coaching experience in the AHL.

  22. bull dog line on

to this day, I think its possible that the 95 Ranger team had more talent than the 94 team. they added Verbeek, and Nedved, and lost Tikk. I actually thought a big mistake was when they let Gilbert go on waivers in order to keep Osbourne. Gilbert meant more to the team than given credit for, and Osbourne was done.

  23. CTBlueshirt on

In terms of the finished product, yes the 95 team might have had more talent than 94. However I think if the Rangers retained either Amonte or Gartner at the trade deadline (my Glenn Anderson hate is showing on this one) they would have still had a pretty solid top 6.

  24. Keenan also didn’t like Zubov much. No one in the organization was much for his cigarette addiction.

  25. I am in hardcore music mode lately, so I am going to list a few cd’s that I recommend you check out.

    Deftones-Diamond Eyes
    Minus the Bear-OMNI
    Local Natives-Gorilla Manor
    Yeasayer-Odd Blood
    Weevil-Drunk On Light

  26. So very tempted to hop amtrak and make it down for bonehead-fest. It’s only 35 bucks and 2.5 hours. Course I would need a couch to crash on afterwards.

  27. Carp, does Torts hold grudges? Against the players, that is, we all know about the media lol.

  28. CTBlueshirt on

I don’t know if he does, but I think Enver Lisin and Matt Gilroy might have a few things to say about that.

  29. >>So very tempted to hop amtrak and make it down for bonehead-fest.

So, when and where is Boneheadfest anyway?

  30. Tony

I am stuck in 90 degree weather with no AC.

Also, take pictures of Linda at the Crosbonehead Fest. She’s very modest. She’ll never tell anyone, but she’s a supermodel!!

  31. True Fans Bleed RW&B on

I too don’t know what Zubov and Kovalev did to Campbell in the AHL… (please share, someone…)

I do know that Zubov led the 1994 team in points! He was 4th in playoff scoring that year! This guy had 89 points in a 78 game season, could you imagine a Rangers forward doing that these days? We would be ecstatic. That trade, IMO, was a personal vendetta and NOT a move to improve the team.

  32. CR, you need to stop saying stuff like that! It’s just not true! It wasnt true then, and is certainly even FURTHER fromthe truth now!

  33. and no Megan Fox,right ORR???

lmao Tony, i’m not 6’4″ 235 like Jaromirito!

  34. Fox has only been with one guy, and a girl. Mrs. Shanny has been all over the NHL, “supposebly”

But, Cuthbert is the new age puck bunny. Speaking of Cuth, i just realized that she had a “fling” with Komisarek, and i totally forgot that both he and Phaneuf are teammates. Awkward!

  35. lmao Cuthbert has “Schwinn” tattooed on her. the league bicycle, everyones had a ride ;-)

  36. Good afternoon all! Hell of a day at sea for me…..I guess a Bonehead Fest chat started yesterday?

Reminder: May 21, 9ish (Linda, TR and Mrs. TR usually show later) at Warren. Parking is not great, but can be doable. Public transport recommended.

  37. Tony

    lol Why wouldnt I!!

    I crush on everyone else.

And Linda fits my criteria, HOTT! and a GREAT PERSON! like my true love, Jaromir!

For that matter, Mike/Grabby is extraordinarily gorgeous!

  38. bull dog line on

Carp will be able to tell the story better, but on Kovalev, Zubov, and Campbell, Campbell felt that Kovalev and Zubov quit on him in the AHL when he was the coach. Campbell actually scratched both of them in a game 7 playoff. they of course lost the game. I believe this was in 93.

  39. To piggy back on what bulldog said… from what I’ve read/understand, Zubov and Kovalev apparently felt that after a season of being mostly in the NHL they were mostly above playing in the AHl and didn’t want to be there so they dogged it, for lack of a better term.

I might be totally wrong on this, and as bulldog said, Carp would know more about this.

  40. bull dog and Mickey,

If that’s the case, Colin Campbell isn’t to blame for them being in the A, Neil Smith would be. They quit on the wrong guy.

  41. Happy Cinco de Mayo! I wonder how many of us actually know what this voluntarily-observed holiday commemorates?

Btw Tony, it’s 67F and sunny in Brooklyn, NY! What you got to say about that? :P

  42. correct. 1992-93, that awful year for the Rangers. Campbell had to go down to the AHL affiliate because Ron Smith was promoted to head coach after Roger Neilson was fired in January. He went and did a very good job in his first coaching chance. Then came the playoffs. The Rangers missed and decided to send down rookies Kovalev and Zubov to get some playoff experience. Both of them QUIT because they didn’t want to be there, and Campbell’s team was knocked out of the playoffs. He scratched them from Game 7 because they didn’t want to play.

Fortunately for Campbell, Keenan came in and promoted him to associate coach, and, though none of you want to admit it, it was Campbell’s coaching that won that Game 7 against Vancouver after Iron Mike went nuts and the Canucks came back from 3-1 to tie it.

  43. bull dog line on

these are just stats, so they don’t prove whether or not Zubov and Kovalev dogged it, but,
Zubov had 36 pts in 30 regular season games, and 10 pts in 11 playoff games for Binghamton. Kovalev had 13 goals in 13 games in the regular season, and 8 pts in 9 playoff games for Binghamton.

  44. bull dog line on

I don’t understand what there is to admit, Campbell was a very good asst. coach. He was actually a good head coach, he had some successful teams during his stay. I think he was behind some very pore personal decisions that lead to Ranger failures in the playoffs during his time. to me he seemed to get to conservative in big spots, where as Keenan went for it in big spots.

  45. bulldog, those post-season stats for them could just be an indication of their ability and skill, rather than their desire and work ethic

just to play the devil’s advocate

  46. Izzy Mandlebaum on

In 1912 the Titanic set sail for New York, but what few people know is that it was scheduled to continue on to ports all along the eastern coast. One of these stops was Veracruz, Mexico where believe it or not was consigned a shipment of 50,000 gallons of mayonnaise. The shipment was due to arrive on May 5th. As we all know, the Titanic sunk, but the Mexicans still celebrate the event on that day as, Sinko De Mayo.

  47. Carp, yes its is Festivus!

Tony, 67 in Brooklyn is better than 100 in AZ! :P

Izzy… that was funny! I dont think its true tho :P

  48. Tony
It hit 100 in NY today too. 102 to be exact. Triple bogey on 18 or I would have kept the temp down in the 90’s.

  49. TheREALMikeyNJ on

    Jokinen to KHL

Either way, thank god he won’t be resigned in NY
$5 Mil more in cap space!!

  50. Izzy, fortunately it wasn’t carrying Miracle Whip. But the oil slick from the Mayo was biodegradable and in fact, a lot of the fish and sea animals rather enjoyed this new condiment on their other fish and sea animals.

  51. One whale in one bite ate a barracuda, a lobster and a trout. Hence the BLT with mayo was born.

  52. Izzy Mandlebaum on

Yeahm who in their right mind would celebrate Cinco De Miracle Whip? Catholics, maybe?

  53. bull dog line on

i am sure you jest, but do not assume that all the posters here are jewish. if I were a better practicing Catholic, I might be insulted.

  54. Izzy Mandlebaum on

Sorry Bulldog. I’m an ex-catholic myself. Perhaps I hold a grudge from all the Sister knuckle rappings. Thinking back though, and being such a wise-***, I deserved many of them…

  55. i rather talk about diarrhea than religion.

Thnx, Izzy. You can be such a boobale when you want to.

  56. Izzy Mandlebaum on

Is a boobale good? Diarrhea is hereditary you know. It runs in some families…

  57. Izzy Mandlebaum on

So me and Laurel are a two-pack of boobale? If it doesn’t have anything to do with cats, I’m in Biig Trou-ble…

  58. It’s already been a looooooong summer and it’s only early May. Hoo Boy.

  59. The Team USA game is in Gelsenkirchen, Germany? Isn’t that what you say when someone sneezes?

  60. Mickey, I think that is what they say when they sneeze. Then you say “God Bless You.” or … “You’re sooooo good lookin’.”

  61. Carp, Or my favorite, Gesundhite (or however you spell it, all I know is it’s not in my decade-old AP Stylebook, lol)

  62. wicky (Positionally sound=soft in NHL speak!!) on

i agree, ulfie was a great ranger and deserves far more credit than he gets for his play here.

try any of kittie’s music if you are going through a harder phase, they are an awesome canadian band.

I have a crush on linda!!!

jack johnson was named captain of USA, that is all you need to say about him. If we are going to package prospects and young roster players for anyone, it better be him!!!!!

  63. Speaking of the Bonehead bash in the last thread, I wanna go, but now I figure I’ll be staying at school since that’s three days before my graduation. If I come home, my parents will want me to go upstate with them anyway, but maybe I come in without telling them. :P

  64. wicky (Positionally sound=soft in NHL speak!!) on

It truly pisses me off they play that crap assed (sorry carp) god bless america carcillo instead of the national anthem at the flyers games….one more reason to absolutely despise the flyers!!!!!!!!

  65. wicky (Positionally sound=soft in NHL speak!!) on

btw, the parking around warren sucks, it took me 45 minutes to find a space last night!

  66. thank you Citibank and UPS for getting my new card here so quickly!

    thanks wicky ;-)

and i thought it was bubala ?

  67. Im feeling extraordinarily sick to my stomach….so this is just a joke…..

**gets on one knee** Will you be my blog husband, you stud??!!!!!!!

  68. CCCP, there’s one i think may push the envelope here, i’ll send it to your fb

  69. I know I’m little late on this one as the Zubov comments were from about 6 hours ago. However, another reason that Zubov was traded was the interpretation change in the rules where it was going to be an obstruction penalty to hold up forecheckers and there was a lot concern about Zubov being able to withstand the extra forechecking that was predicted to be greater. It turned out to not be as bad as was predicted and of course the Rangers overreacted and dealt Zubov for Ulf Samuelsson who was more suited for the anticipated more physical game. And somehow the clutching and grabbing actually got worse.

  70. ZzZz NYR ZzZz " Next season ,plz!!! " … says Greg L. on

Flyers must go DOWN for taking out us Rangers in game fricking 82 man in a Shootout!!!!??? Geeezeee!!

  72. Olga Folkyerself on

Savard’s quote after the game: “Blahhh, He tastes like carcillo”

  73. Spider, good luck with the graduation. Then you’ll have all that free time to waste here.

    20-Cent. I love that.

    Johnny, I’m A.J. Pennypacker … I think I’ll build a roller coaster.

scott, the ultimate irony, too, was that they bulked up because they got beat up by the Flyers in the ’95 playoffs … then the next season they played two finesse teams, Montreal and Pittsburgh, in the playoffs and lost to the Penguins.

    CR, you’re freaking me out.

  74. The picture on the Versus coverage just broke up, so they switched me onto TSN instead. I have severe doubts over whether some Canadian guy has the necessary knowledge and vocabulary to sustain my interest now I can’t listen to Beninati.

  75. Oh, spoke too soon. Back with Versus now. A sound decision by the broadcasters here, both in cultural and commercial terms.

  76. Olga Folkyerself on

End of Period 1. Whoa! Bruins need to tighten it up a little- too many good chances for the flyers. Either that or get a few insurance goals. They can’t rely on Rask (and luck) to hold out like that the whole game.

    Still, 2-1 Boston lead. :)

  77. ZzZz NYR ZzZz " Next season ,plz!!! " … says Greg L. on

Well Carp , people are getting disinterested cuz all we talk about is dumb Flyers , Stuiped Boston and lame old Montreal. We need Ranger talk cuz quite frankly this is a Ranger blog. Ahhhh Can’t take that away from here!!! Sure we can talk other teams and other stuff but the top topic is Rangers hockey and that my friend makes this a great place. TOO much hype for Rask,Carsillo and other teams players. I not thrilled to see a team like the Flyers in the playoffs cuz I know we are better then ’em( were better). The Rangers are the MAIN TICKET on this blog and when the band doesnt show up…the crouds will die off.

  78. ZzZz NYR ZzZz " Next season ,plz!!! " … says Greg L. on

The blog will go on …As us bonehead faithfull will always be present. Its a tribute to the loyalty of the fan on this club. Ranger fans are a cult ,a team , a union and a family.
We are NOT spoiled , nor or we pampered. We fight and claw are way every step of the way and when we look in the mirror we see a real fan. A true fan of a club with history and pride. We will have our day again folks and then we will celebrate . New York Rangers ..Greatest club in the world.

  79. Yep. In Denial prior to the series, now it’s time for acceptance.

They will be in the EC Finals.

Watching Tom Caron on NESN’s pregame today, and TC said about Andy’s injury:

“Could be bad news for the Yankees, good news for the Sox.”

A “Professional” taking pleasure in the injury of another…

Where have I heard that before…

  80. The Flyers didnt even try.

That’s what’s so disheartening, and why my blood is boiling yet again.

Philadelphia just does not care to beat Boston.

    It’s a way of life.

  81. Boston has been down 2 men most of the game, and yet the Flyers dont care.

When is a Philadelphia team ever going to try/beat a Boston team in a meaningful spot.

How many times in the past several years did the Rangers make the playoffs, and never see home ice advantage.

Even when were the 5 seed, and moved on, we never got home ice advantage.

  82. What is wrong with this team.

    They are not even trying.

Peter Laviolette is a Bostonian. I can only imagine how much he must be loving his Flyers’ struggles right now.

  83. WOW!

If that play by Coburn doesnt say everything about the lack of effort, I dont know what does.

This Flyers team did not even belong in the playoffs.

    They werent even any good.

Thanks a lot Montreal for your effort to help the Bruins, and thanks Ovechkin for your effort in helping the Bruins.

  84. Olga Folkyerself on

I hope they ARE cheating to help Boston. I can relax more during game 4…

  85. TheMessiah94 on

It’s pretty fitting that almost everyone in the crowd is wearing an orange jumpsuit! Back to your cells, ladies – it’s lights out!!!

  86. How bout that you broadstreet bully tough guys.

    Where was your effort Carcillo.

No fighting their star and beating him senseless.

    Their fans even look happy.

I guess this was not the Rangers. Flyers no care unless it’s Rangers. Same for Flyers fans.

I hope the Flyers rot for an eternity for this.

I hope Boucher pays a steep price for beating us in the last game of the season, and keeping us out.

I hope Carcillo gets his head taken off next season by Jody Shelley, hopefully of the NYR.

I hope Mike Richards is concussed again.

I hope we take out Gagne, LaPerierre, and Carter just for kicks.

    Eff U Flyers.

You are the epitome of every other Philly Team

    Dont try against Boston.

Try your hardest against New York.

You made it painfully obvious yet again.

Thank you 2008 Rays, for beating the Sox in Game 7.

Or the Sox would have had themselves an easy 4 game sweep of the Phillies.

  87. This truly is yet another sign of the times.

Roll over and die for the Boston team.

It’s a shame when a team like the 2008 Rays has to be appreciated for actually trying against them.

Because so many teams fail to try against them.

And even worse, they intentionally try to lose against them.

The Bulls purposely injuring Lebron’s arm to help the Cavs.

When are teams going to roll over for New York.

The Canucks made us work until the very end in 1994.

We were up by 2 in the series, and they fought back and gave it everything they could.

  88. CR

why cant you admit that Boston is a better team than Flyers? doesnt it always have to be about “others” helping Boston? seriously…

  89. Im deeply hurt by this.

I really shouldnt allow sports to affect me like this.

But to see a lack of fairness such as this is just disheartening.

The referees did not even really help the Bruins this series.

    The Flyers did, though.

When is New York going to get gifted games, championships, star players.

  90. sometimes ya just make your own luck. Boston is making the plays, Flyers are not

  91. So now the Bruins are 8 wins away from a Stanley Cup…

8 wins is not that much, when you think about it.

    8 wins can be done.

A little luck, some good goaltending, timely scores.

    8 wins from my demise.

  92. 5 days to May 10

    10 days to may 15

and 22 days to Thursday, May 27…

you’ll ask me what are those dates? I’ll tell you… i dont know i just felt like typing them.

  93. Goodnight All.

I hope we thrash the Flyers next season.

I hope we injure every last one of them for what they did to Gabby this year.

  94. well, May 10 is the day after yo’ bday
May 15 is 4 days before my flight
May 27 is the 16 yr anniversary of MATTEAU MATTEAU MATTEAU

  98. Blue Seat Horror on

The conspiracy goes much deeper than that. I think, if you watch the Philly game from tonight very closely, you can clearly tell that Boston won to help Boston tonight.

  99. Boy, we need to get some valium or something for our anti-Boston buddy.

    CCCP, May 27 is Mrs. Carp’s birthday. She’s 26.

I think Byfuglien just said “byfuglien!”

  100. Blue Seat Horror on

Oh well, the scumbag Flyers did their Philadelphia part. Losing to Boston is what your scumbag teams do.

Thanks 2008 Rays for winning Game 7 and preventing the Sox a 4 game sweep of the Phillies.

Fu ck the Flyers. I hope the Rangers take out every one your scumbags next season for rolling over for Boston/beating our Gaborik.

Get this guy off our site

Linda- save that for the Lavender Menace… it will send him to bed early again.

  117. When MickeyM asked about top two picks on each playoff team I was thinking holistically taking Kane and Byfuglien

  118. Olga, it looks like he’s riling up the Flyers faithful, to me thats just not cool

  119. yea Mess, it’s tragic on so many levels, environmental, being the biggest tragedy.

LMAO @ Olga. Sorry he’s trolling over on your site Phillies.

  120. Olga Folkyerself on

CR9 went POSTAL!!! He’s nuts, gone, his cheese has slid off the cracker…

  121. He is not trolling. He has been there for a while. Nobody has had a problem with him before tonight.

Will somebody please ask him not to post crude things like that?

  122. CR9 – you can’t stop him, you can only hope to contain him

    Drill Baby Drill

  123. CCCP, i see the “Love” thread has been resurrected on fb lol. Hope Tony’s knee doesnt start hurting again!

  124. Olga Folkyerself on

Phillies- “Nobody has had a problem with him before tonight.”

Then you must not have an Olga or an Izzy over there, do you?

  125. lmao @ amusing! He does have a tendency to get carried away! I think he’s been accused of wearing a tinfoil hat on occassion

  126. Ya’ll wanna put the restraints on CR9 ala Torts with Avery. lol

    Shims gotta vent somewhere!

    Phillies got a link??

  127. Phillies -what made you think to come here to say that CR9 was “acting up”?

  128. Typed in CR9 Rangers blog in Google; first thing it comes up with is “Carp – This sexual crap from CR9 is killing a good blog. I don’t read this site to hear about”

I figured it had to be the same person. I am hoping one of you can ask him not to be crude.

  129. Olga Folkyerself on

I asked CR9 to drop dead, but- nothing so far. I don’t think he’ll be listening to me…

  130. You seem pretty rational for a Phillies fan but I’d still like to see your arse tased. :)

  131. Olga Folkyerself on

Phillies- What would it cost to keep CR9 over there? You seem to find him “amusing”…

  132. Olga Folkyerself on

As it turns out, CR9 is actually Don Cherry’s illegitimate son. There’s an awful lot of scar tissue in CR’s tiny brain, yet it does explain some of Grapes’ outfits…

  133. ZzZz NYR ZzZz " Next season ,plz!!! " … says Greg L. on

How does Cr9 have the time topost on other blogs? I only post here. If Cr9 is a regular on another site then he really IS NOT a bonehead. Trolling is one thing but to be a regular on a FLYERS SITE!!!?????

    oops strike that last sentence.

  134. ZzZz NYR ZzZz " Next season ,plz!!! " … says Greg L. on
