you’ve got Sjostrom who’s been a shootout stud all year, and Dawes and even Prucha who’ve filled that role in the past. Stop sucking drury off and play to win.

Notice, Until the shootout, the fans there didn’t even bother to boo drury. Normally you’d think a team captain bolts for a $35M contract, and they’d be booing him out of the arena for years to come (at least, that’s what the NHL has come to…see Jagr in Pittsburgh and DC).

But, not Captain Dreary, why bother?

The team was getting higher quality chances when Callahan was playing with Dawes and Drury. Cally could forecheck better then.

Anybody else notice he’s not getting in nearly as much on the line with Gomez and Naslund?

And, Gomez is taking lame ass shots from nowhere….it’s insane. nobody on this team has developed any chemistry with him in 130 games. WTF?

Maybe Renney needs to commit 2 wingers to him for 20 games or so….

This team is a bunch of 3rd liners. Non of our top offensive players have been worth a shiat in the last month. Naslund is old. Drury/Gomez are a joke. Zherdev is INVISIBLE (just like his rep @ CBJ). Our defense is a joke.

This team has NO F’N PRAYER.

I say we crash for Tavares or Hedman.

another game of NOT going to the net…...halak put puck in front of net all night the other night and no one to bang the puck in….watch how other teams capitalize when hanky kicks the puck in front with the gift rebounds….where’s marcel hossa when you need him…..tim kerr would have 30 goals already…....ha ha…...our d shoots like someone will tip it…..but with no one in front goalie gets a clear view and makes an easy save…..this is the NHL….
