He is making the same amount of money as Zubov(who is a future hall of famer imo) and has 3+ years left on his contract. Outside of the the Zherdev trade and the Voros signing I didn't like Sather's moves this offseason. Redden's contract is one of the craziest contracts in all of sports. Mara's signing is fine by me but Kalinin's signing was overkill. Imo the Rangers d would be fine with Potter in there over Kalinin and they'd have more cap more to make moves later in the year.
