It’s worth noting that for Game 1 the Sabres had a beer ban in effect for the area outside the arena and no one showed up. Now the ban has been lifted, and they’re again expecting thousands. The cast of “The Sopranos,” which is filming a scene here, is expected to be in attendance, while the Irish tenor, Ronan Tynan, will sing the National Anthem. It must be a big game.
