And off we go…

Note the time of this post. The wise reporter, the one that leaves little to chance, leaves the day BEFORE a game as opposed to dragging himself out of bed at 3:45 a.m. the day of. I have never claimed to be a wise reporter.

So if it ends up happening that I make little sense over the rest of today, well, what else is new. But at least here there’s a reason.

More later…

  1. It’s okay to say you were watching Stars at Nucks. That’s surely what I was doing… I really need to make sure I don’t get fired during the playoffs.

  2. Not as long as it has been/will be for me..!! I’ve been up for 7 hours already and i’m 5 hours ahead of you guys. Gametime for me is midnight..!!

    Rock on Rangers..!!

  3. I’m so psyched for tonight! I’ve literally cleared out my calendar so I can plant myself on my couch in front of my TV.

    Let’s go Rangers!

  4. Man, I’m so impressed by Ottawa yesterday’s performance. That was fun to watch! They crushed these youngsters!!!

And I’m so excited for tonight’s game! That’d be a night!

    HAIL KING!!!

  5. Expect the Pens to come back a little better now that they have a taste of playoff hockey. They got schooled once and I think they’ll come out better in game 2.

  6. One thing I noticed watching all the games last night, is that the refs are calling EVERYTHING.. Renney better warn these guys to be carefull, because Atlanta has dangerous players on the PP. Hopefully they will remember all the penalties they had to kill in Game 1 vs. Devils last year.

  7. There are a lot of new video interviews and player profiles on newyorkrangers.com. I am sure most of it is from msg but for those of us out of state it’s all new. There is no msg channel in norman oklahoma.

    go rangers..

  8. Yea, following up on the RNN thing. I guess don’t check until 5p tonight (as Sam said). So far the entire feed seems a repeat of last nights 6p broadcast. No idea when new news will play though.

    Go Sanjaya

  9. UK – You have to be a real fan to stay up that late. I stayed up till almost 4 watching all the ot’s in Vanc. Seeing those folks with those white towels remind me of when I went to game 6 out there in 94′ and afterwards all night long heard 1940. And those people rioted after game 7 not us. Are you from NY originally?
